1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern participation in the Active Directory One Affiliate Program. By joining the program, affiliates agree to these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you may not participate in the program.
2. Eligibility
- The program is open to IT professionals, businesses, consultants, and software resellers.
- Estesoft reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without explanation.
- Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Tracking and Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding VAT and any other applicable taxes) and tracked via cookies with a 90-day validity. Commission payments are issued 30 days after the sale confirmation, allowing time to account for any returns or cancellations.
Commission Rates for Sales:
- Up to 10 Sales: The affiliate earns a 20% commission per sale.
- From 11 to 20 Sales: The commission increases to 25% per sale.
- From 30 Sales Onward: The commission rises to 30% per sale.
Commission for Renewals:
- For each renewal, the affiliate receives a 15% commission on the net sale amount.
4. Marketing Restrictions and Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Active Directory One through websites, email marketing, and social media, but must adhere to the following rules:
- Bidding on the “Active Directory One” brand name in Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms is strictly prohibited.
- Spam, misleading promotions, and deceptive marketing tactics are not allowed.
- Affiliates may not make false claims about the product’s features or capabilities.
5. Payments and Taxes
- Commissions are paid via bank transfer.
- Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
6. Termination and Suspension
- Estesoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account in cases of rule violations or unethical behavior.
- Accounts with prolonged inactivity or zero sales may be deactivated.
7. Changes to Terms
- Estesoft may modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to affiliates.
- Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
